46.61.060Do not enter the intersection when signal is steady or flashing DON'T WALK.
46.61.126Bicycles & Pedestrians must follow traffic laws
46.61.220Car must stop for transit vehicle entering traffic.
46.61.230Pedestrians must obey traffic lights.
46.61.235Car must stop if pedestrian or bike starts crossing at intersection (with or w/o crosswalk)
46.61.240Can cross mid block if no cars are present.
