17th Annual Bicycle Alliance of Washington Auction

We need a variety of items that will generate spirited bidding.
Our attendees are active folks who appreciate getaways, unique experiences, handcrafted items,
gift baskets, recreation opportunities, and other enticing products. Popular offerings in the
past include: an African safari, a ski & stay package at Schweitzer Mountain, a weekend stay in the
Methow Valley, a week at a Lake Chelan condo, gourmet meals, symphony and theater tickets, event ride
entries, admissions to museums and amusement facilities, restaurant and retail gift cards,
handcrafted jewelry, housesitting, quilts, private winery tours and wine tastings, massage/spa packages,
and more.

Purchase auction tickets
Tickets are $75 per person. You can reserve a table of 10 for $750.
Early bird ticket prices (purchased by Sept 30th): $70 per person ($700 per table).
Your admission includes beer, wine, and a sit down dinner and loads of fun!

The Bicycle Alliance of Washington needs volunteers for our annual auction!
We need volunteers to help with event set up, clean up, registration, check out, serving food,
and much more.
